He previously managed the Correspondent Banking and Payments Operations team at BBVA Compass in addition to numerous trade operational leader roles earlier in his career.\n\n\nHe graduated with an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA in Mandarin Chinese from the University of Colorado.\n\n\nGil will serve as the revenue and sales leader for the Trade Finance team.
