[{"type":"text","content":"\n Worldsec Ld\n04 January 2007\n\n\nCHANGE OF AUDITORS\n\n\nThe board of directors ('the Board') of Worldsec Limited (the 'Company')\nannounces that\n\n\nMessrs. HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng has been appointed as the auditors of the\nCompany and its subsidiaries ('the Group') and Messrs. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu\n('DTT') have resigned as auditors of the Group with effect from 5th January\n2007. The change in auditors was mainly due to the Company and DTT could not\nreach an agreement on the audit fee for the financial year ended 31st December\n2006.\n\n\nDTT have confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with\ntheir resignation which they consider should be brought to the attention of\nshareholders or creditors of the Company.
