Change of Auditor

The Company announces that HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng has resigned as auditor of the Company. The circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office as auditor are that they are no longer a registered third country audit entity in the United Kingdom. The Company has also received confirmation from HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng that there are no other circumstances connected with their resignation which they consider should be brought to the notice of the members or creditors of the Company.

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to extend appreciation and gratitude to HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng for their services rendered to the Company for the past years.

The Company further announces that, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has resolved to appoint Menzies LLP as auditor of the Company with immediate effect to fill a casual vacancy until the next general meeting of shareholders of the Company.
