San Francisco, California – September 21, 2020 - Helo Corp. (OTC: HLOC) (“Helo Corp”), a leading developer of wearable devices embedded with Life Sensing TechnologyTM and dedicated to improving wellness worldwide, today announces that it has commenced direct selling its products and services in Europe and internationally, via its wholly owned subsidiary, Vyvo Smart Ltd (“VYVO”).
Seán McVeigh, CEO of Helo Corp., said that, “As we migrate from a pure wholesale business model to a direct selling powered, retail ecommerce business, we expect to see immediate growth in sales revenue. We will now capture the full retail transaction value of every wearable device we sell, instead of just the wholesale revenue. In addition, we will also generate further revenue from the sale of new products and services.” He continued, “Although this new business will not be without its challenges, bringing the full retail and distribution business into the public company streamlines our business model, makes it more attractive to investors and allows us to benefit from the strength of the VYVO direct selling network.”
Helo Corp confirms that closing the transaction defined in its Letter of Intent announced 3rd February 2020 is subject to the execution of definitive agreements and other customary conditions. It is now expected to complete no later than 31st October, 2020. However, there can be no assurance that it will be completed in the stipulated time or at all.
Fabio Galdi, Chairman of Helo Corp said, “We are in the process of preparing public company subsidiaries in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore as one of the final requirements to complete our Letter of Intent and to facilitate the public company in expanding its activities in these regions. In the meantime, we are consolidating our technologies and capabilities to position VYVO at the forefront of the Digital Health Economy.”
