As a result, Pulsewire is no longer a subsidiary of Moon Equity Holdings Corp.The decision was made after a strategic review conducted by the company’s management and board of directors. No shares of Moon Equity Holdings Corp. stock were issued in connection with the proposed transaction.Under the terms of the termination agreement, Pulsewire will repay funds previously advanced by Moon Equity Holdings Corp. to support its operations.
