World Chess PLC (LSE: CHSS) (the "Company"), a leading chess organisation committed to expanding the global appeal of chess, announces that at its General Meeting held earlier today, both resolutions were passed on a poll.  The votes cast and votes withheld in relation to each resolution were as follows:

1.     The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of the General Meeting sent to shareholders on the Company's website at https://www.company.worldchess.com/investors.

2.     As at the record date for eligibility to vote at the Company's General Meeting, the Company had 887,938,480 Ordinary Shares in issue.  Accordingly, the Company's total number of voting rights was 887,938,480.

3.     Votes 'Withheld' are not a vote in law and have not been counted in the calculation of the votes % 'For' and % votes 'Against' the resolutions.
