Until the start of this year, Stephen served as Chairman of CBRE UK, having joined Richard Ellis in 1976 and held the position of head of EMEA and UK Capital Markets from 1998 to 2012. He also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of LXi REIT plc.\nGraham Clemett, Chief Executive Officer, commented:\n\"I am delighted that Stephen has been appointed as our next Chairman. As a current Non-Executive Director of the Company and previous Chairman of CBRE UK, he brings in-depth knowledge of both Workspace and the wider property market.
