The letting is for 16,000 sq. ft. at a net rent of £45 per sq. ft. and is the latest in a series of large space lettings completed at the Camden site, following the vacation of WinTech earlier this year.\n \nThe agreement comes as Workspace has completed the refurbishment of Centro Workshops (previously known as Atelier House), one of The Centro Buildings, which included the creation of 40 new small units to cater for Camden's creative and innovative SMEs.
