[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9518D Workspace Group PLC 03 May 2013  \n\n \n3 May\n \nWORKSPACE GROUP PLC\n \nPLANNING PERMISSION SECURED FOR FAIRCHARM REDEVELOPMENT\n \nWorkspace Group PLC, (\"Workspace\") London's leading provider of space to new and growing companies, is pleased to announce that it has secured planning permission for a development of 148 apartments and a new 52,000 sq ft Business Centre for creative industries at its Faircharm estate, Creekside, Deptford, SE8. Permission will enable Workspace to create jobs and provide new business space, homes and community facilities.\n \nWorkspace plans to redevelop two factory buildings which will provide 46,400 sq ft of space tailored to the needs of small businesses with a particular focus on creative industries.  When completed, the scheme will also include a further 5,600 sq ft of newly built studio space, 148 new residential units as well as creating 350 jobs on site.\n \nAs part of the redevelopment, Workspace will create a new public, open space which enables the local community access to Deptford Creek.
