[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 4457E\n Workspace Group PLC\n 06 November 2020\n  \n \n \n \n  \n \n \n  \n \n \n 6 November 2020\n \n \n  \n \n \n \n WORKSPACE® GROUP PLC\n \n \n  \n \n \n \n APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS\n \n \n  \n \n \n The Board of Workspace Group PLC (\"Workspace\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce the appointment of Rosie Shapland and Lesley-Ann Nash as Non-Executive Directors of the Company. The appointments will become effective as of 6 November 2020 and 1 January 2021 respectively, and both Rosie and Lesley-Ann will join the Company's Audit, Nomination and Risk Committees.\n \n \n  \n \n \n Rosie is currently Non-Executive Director at Foxtons Group plc, where she is Chair of their Audit Committee and a member of their Remuneration and Nomination Committees, and PayPoint plc, where she is a member of their Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees and, from 1 December 2020, will act as Chair of their Audit Committee. Rosie is a chartered accountant and was previously an audit partner at PwC. It is intended that Rosie will become Chair of the Company's Audit Committee in due course.\n \n \n  \n \n \n Lesley-Ann is currently Non-Executive Director of St. James's Place plc, where she is a member of their Audit and Risk committees, and a Trustee of the North London Hospice. She was previously a Director in the Cabinet Office of HM Government and a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, as well as having previously worked at UBS and Midland Bank. \n \n \n  \n \n \n Commenting on the appointments, Stephen Hubbard, Chairman of Workspace, said:\n \n \n  \n \n \n \"We are delighted that Rosie and Lesley-Ann will be joining Workspace's Board. Rosie brings over 30 years of audit experience across multiple sectors and Lesley-Ann brings broad commercial experience from her roles in global financial institutions and more recently at the Cabinet Office. Workspace will greatly benefit from the wealth of skills and finance, risk and governance expertise that both Rosie and Lesley-Ann bring, and I look forward to working with them to continue to deliver the Company's strategy.\"  \n \n \n  \n \n \n This announcement has been made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11. \n There is no further information which is to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6....
