(Nasdaq: WKHS) (“Workhorse” or “the Company”), an American technology company focused on pioneering the transition to zero emission commercial vehicles, today announced that members of its management team will host a live webcast to answer stockholder questions on August 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM ET. The webcast will include a question-and-answer session during which Workhorse Chief Executive Officer, Rick Dauch, and Workhorse Chief Financial Officer, Bob Ginnan, will answer questions submitted from stockholders, focused on the Company’s long-term strategy, product roadmap, financial position and the proposal to increase the number of authorized shares of Workhorse common stock that will be presented to stockholders at Workhorse’s Special Meeting to be held on August 28, 2023 at 10:30 AM ET.
