In addition, the Contractor is entitled to receive up to 200,000 options to purchase Common Shares (\"Options\") upon the satisfaction of certain conditions set out in the Agreement. The Options would be issued pursuant to and in accordance with the Company's stock option plan.\n\nThe Company has received acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to the Agreement.\n\nABOUT WOLFDEN RESOURCES:\n\nWolfden is a mineral exploration company that recently acquired the Rice Island and Nickel Island properties in Manitoba.
