The offering is expected to close on 19 January 2021 subject to customary conditions. The bond offering was executed within the framework of the Euro Medium Term Note Programme previously announced by the Company on 5 August 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n Taking advantage of a strong underlying financing market and highly attractive pricing, Wizz Air intends to use the proceeds to further strengthen its leading liquidity position. Wizz Air is rated BBB- by S&P and Baa3 by Moody's. The offering was multiple times oversubscribed. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Joint Bookrunners were Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citigroup and J.P.
