[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 6853L\n Wizz Air Holdings PLC\n 14 January 2021\n \n \n \n The following amendment has been made to the 'Wizz Air Issues EUR 500m debut bond' announcement released on Thursday 14 January 2021 at 7.00am under RNS No 6204L.\n \n The rating agency was changed from S&P to Fitch.\n \n All other details remain unchanged.\n \n The full amended text is shown below.\n \n \n \n \n \n Wizz Air Issues EUR 500m debut bond\n \n \n \n \n \n \n 14 January 2021\n \n , Wizz Air Holdings Plc (\"Wizz Air\"), the fastest growing and greenest European low-cost airline, is pleased to announce the pricing of its debut bond offering of EUR 500m 1.35% notes due in 2024. The offering is expected to close on 19 January 2021 subject to customary conditions. The bond offering was executed within the framework of the Euro Medium Term Note Programme previously announced by the Company on 5 August 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n Taking advantage of a strong underlying financing market and highly attractive pricing, Wizz Air intends to use the proceeds to further strengthen its leading liquidity position. Wizz Air is rated BBB- by Fitch and Baa3 by Moody's. The offering was multiple times oversubscribed. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Joint Bookrunners were Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citigroup and J.P.
