[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 9129E\n Wizz Air Holdings PLC\n 04 March 2020\n \n \n \n \n Wizz Air Holdings Plc\n \n \n \n \n \n Removal of Restricted Share Notices\n \n \n \n \n \n Ticker: WIZZ\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Geneva, March 4th, 2020\n \n : \n On 17 April 2018, Wizz Air Holdings Plc (the \"Company\") announced that its Board of Directors had resolved to take certain actions pursuant to the Company's articles of association (the \"Articles\") to treat certain ordinary shares of £0.0001 each (\"Ordinary Shares\") as Restricted Shares (as defined in the Articles) and to issue Restricted Share Notices (as defined in the Articles) in respect of those Ordinary Shares. Pursuant to these restrictions (the \"Restrictions\"), Non-Qualifying Nationals (as defined in the Articles) were effectively barred from purchasing Ordinary Shares for as long as the Restrictions remain in place. \n \n \n \n \n \n On 3 March 2020, following the conversion by Indigo Hungary LP and Indigo Maple Hill, L.P. of an aggregate of 12,453,300 convertible shares of £0.0001 each into Ordinary Shares on that date, the share register of the Company shows that ownership of Wizz Air's Ordinary Shares by Non-Qualifying Nationals is 44.4%.
