(\"Airbus\") relating to the proposed acquisition by Wizz Air of 110 Airbus A321neo aircraft (the \"Proposed Acquisition\") and on 11 September 2015 of the entry into a purchase agreement with Airbus relating to the Proposed Acquisition (the \"New Airbus Agreement\"), Wizz Air is pleased to announce that a circular relating to the Acquisition (the \"Circular\") which includes a notice of a general meeting of shareholders (the \"General Meeting\") and a form of proxy relating to the General Meeting has been posted to shareholders.\n \nGiven the size of the commitments under the New Airbus Agreement relative to the Company, the Proposed Acquisition constitutes a \"class 1 transaction\" under the Listing Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and therefore entry into the New Airbus Agreement is conditional upon Wizz Air shareholder approval.
