Deutsche Bank New York\nsent out a notice on March 25, 2015. The Deposit Agreement states that Deutsche Bank cannot sell the ADRs for a\nperiod of six months following termination of the ADR program, being on or around 24th September 2015.\n\nThis does not prevent ADR shareholders from cancelling their ADRs and receiving the underlying ordinary shares.\nOnce underlying ordinary shares are received they can be sold on the London Stock Exchange.
