Result of AGM
Wise PLC announced the results of its Annual General Meeting, where resolutions 1 to 14 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 15 to 18 were passed as special resolutions. Resolution 1, to receive the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, received 2,220,399,087 votes for, representing 99.99% of shares voted, and 171,308 votes against. Resolution 2, regarding the Directors' Remuneration Report, saw 2,103,030,207 votes for (94.54%) and 121,524,995 votes against. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 2,951,758,547; however, the total exercisable voting rights is 2,617,358,175, accounting for restrictions to Kristo Käärmann's voting rights.
