Notice of AGM

Wise plc announced its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 25, 2025, at 11:00 BST in London. Ingo Uytdehaage, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee, will not stand for re-election and will step down as an Independent Non-Executive Director at the AGM's close. Terri Duhon will chair the Audit and Risk Committee on an interim basis, with David Wells (Wise Board Chair) joining the committee temporarily. David Wells will also step down from the Remuneration Committee, to be replaced by Hooi Ling Tan, with a third member to be appointed later. In fiscal year 2025, Wise supported approximately 15.6 million people and businesses, processing over $197 billion in transactions and saving customers around $2.7 billion. Disclaimer*
