Chambers, currently Independent Non-Executive Director, will succeed Clare Gilmartin as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect. Elizabeth has been a director on the Wise Board and a member of the Remuneration Committee since April 2023.\nClare will leave the Remuneration Committee and will be appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee, both with immediate effect.
