Wiremedia Com Inc Approves Redomicile Plans and Name Change

Fort Lauderdale, March. 9 --Wiremedia Com Inc(OTC Pink Sheets: WRMI) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved plans for the Company to redomicile to the state of Nevada. In addition, the company will change its name from "Wiremedia Com, Inc" to "Wiremedia, Inc". The effective date for the aforementioned is March 11, 2005.
