All the resolutions\n presented to the shareholders were approved unanimously (see the SEDAR\n filing of the Company's Information Circular, dated July 29, 2013).\n Directors Richard D. Williams, Christopher J. MacKenzie, D. Grenville\n Thomas, Stephen M. Leahy, Bradford A. Mills and Mark V.
