Grenville Thomas was re-appointed Chairman of the Board.\n2. The Audit Committee, comprising Cliff Davis (Chairman), Stephen\n Leahy, and Richard Williams, was re-appointed.\n3. The Compensation Committee, comprising Cliff Davis, Grenville Thomas,\n and Stephen Leahy, was re-appointed.\n\n\nOfficers of the Company comprise Chris MacKenzie (Chief Operating\nOfficer), Richard Williams (Chief Executive Officer), Andrew MacRitchie (Chief\nFinancial Officer), and Stewart Lockwood (Corporate Secretary).\n\n\nHelio's main focus is the development of the SMP gold project in\nTanzania.
