[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTSX-V Trading Symbol: HRC\nE-mail: [email protected]   \n\n\nToll Free: +1 888 955 4728\nWebsite: www.helioresource.com\n\n\n \n\n\nVANCOUVER, Feb. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - Helio Resource Corp (TSX-V: HRC) is\n pleased to report the final results from the 2011 drill programmes on\n the Gold Kop and Leatherman Targets, DGP Gold Project in Namibia.\n\n\nGold Kop Target Highlights\n\n\n12 Reverse Circulation (RC) drill holes completed in December, totalling\n 1,536m.  Six drill holes failed to reach the target depth due to ground\n water ingress.  Two holes ended in mineralisation and need to be\n extended to determine the full width of the mineralised zones.\n\n\nSignificant intercepts up to 4m at 8.2g/t Au, 8m at 3.2g/t Au, 6m at\n 2.7g/t Au, and two zones grading 2.9g/t Au over 6m.\n\n\nRC drilling at Gold Kop was primarily designed to test the depth\n potential of gold mineralisation intersected in a previous shallow\n (50m) RC drill programme (see news release dated November 15, 2011) and\n to extend older RC drill holes that did not reach target depth.\n\n\nHole OJR122 intersected two zones of mineralisation, including a\n high-grade zone (4m at 8.2g/t Au), and ended in the target dolomitic\n unit at 220m due to lack of drill rods.  This demonstrates the depth\n potential of the prospective host horizon.\n\n\nThe extension of OJR16 (previously only 50m long, with no significant\n gold values) to 104m is considered very significant since it is\n targeted under well mineralised holes on RC Line 2 (4m at 11.6g/t Au\n and 8m at 1.9g/t Au), and indicates good continuity of mineralisation AND thickening of the mineralised zone to depth.  Mineralisation is still\n open to depth because the hole stopped in mineralisation due to water\n ingress.  A section showing the new intercepts on Line 2 is shown in\n the following link: http://www.helioresource.com/i/maps/2012-02-06_NRM2.pdf\n\n\nRC drilling is planned to re-commence in late February / early March.\n\n\nGold Kop Target Drilling\n\n\nIn late 2011, the company completed a 12 hole RC drill programme,\n consisting of extending two existing holes (OJR16 and OJR91) and ten\n new holes (OJR121 to OJR131).  The holes were drilled over a 950m\n strike length of the main prospective dolomite marble horizon, which\n has record...
