(CSE: WIN; OTCQB: WINKF) (\"Windfall\" or the\n\"Company\"), a pioneer in Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven\nmineral exploration since 2005, is pleased to announce they will use\ntheir proprietary Machine Learning AI System across Gold Hunter\nResources’ (HUNT:CSE; OTCQB: HNTRF; FSE: 6RH) Great Northern Project\nlocated in northwest Newfoundland. To demonstrate its high conviction\nin the target generation process, Windfall Geotek has agreed to an\narrangement where a significant portion of its service fee will be\nsettled in equity. The total contract value is $65,000 of which\n$25,000 will be settled in shares of Gold Hunter Resources as part of\ntheir current financing round at a price of $0.05 per share (Skin in\nthe game). \n\n\nWindfall will process Gold Hunter’s massive, consolidated database\nto generate predictive drill targets ahead of their initial drilling\ncampaign. Preliminary resulst are expected by January 2026. The AI\nSystem deployment involves two (2) distinct modeling phases:\n\n\n\n\nModel 1 (Regional Scale): Covering 864.30 sq/km at a 50 metre (341,997\ndatapoints) resolution. This model integrates merged magnetic data and\ntopography with 20,709 historical gold assays (see Figure 1) to\nidentify broad regional trends and structural corridors \n\n\n\nModel 2 (High-Resolution VTEM Focus): Covering 286.37 sq/km at a sharp\n25 metre resolution.
