(OTC:WWPW - News), is pleased to\nannounce it has executed a Power Purchase Agreement for its 100% owned Thunder\nSpirit Project, located in Hettinger, North Dakota. \n\nThe Power Purchase\nAgreement with Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU), headquartered in Bismarck,\nN.D., is for approximately 105 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity of wind\nturbine generators. The project will deliver clean, renewable energy to\nMontana-Dakota?s electric grid at their 230kV Hettinger Substation. The project\nis scheduled to reach commercial operation in the fourth quarter of 2015.\n\nThe Thunder Spirit Project\nwas proposed to MDU?s March 25, 2013 Request for Proposal for Capacity and\nEnergy Supply. The agreement was competitively selected and will provide MDU\nand its customers stable energy pricing for the 25- year term of the agreement.\nIn addition to Montana-Dakota Utility Co.?s present renewable energy\ngeneration, adding Thunder Spirit means that 20% of MDU?s energy requirements\ncan be supplied from renewable resources. The project represents a unique\nopportunity to enter into a long-term agreement to purchase renewable wind\nenergy under the current tax incentive structure before the Federal Production\nTax Credits expire. \n\n?Wind\nWorks Power is excited to have the opportunity to develop this project for\nMDU?s customers,? remarked Laurence Greene, Chief Development Officer of Wind\nWorks. ?Our team has been active in developing and building wind farms in North\nDakota since 2002.
