("SRC"\n or the "Company") today announced its financial results for the three\n months ended March 31, 2011. This is the first period that the Company\n has reported its results under International Financial Reporting\n Standards ("IFRS") rather than Canadian generally accepted accounting\n principles ("Canadian GAAP").\n\n\n"We are pleased with the continued progress of our investee companies\n and the transactions we have been able to complete to date this year,"\n said Kevin Bambrough, President and CEO of SRC.\n\n\n"One Earth Farms Corp.
