Wilmington Group Plc 07 October 2004 For immediate release 7 October 2004 WILMINGTON GROUP plc RESIGNATION OF NICHOLAS MILLER The board of directors of Wilmington Group plc ('Wilmington') announces that Nicholas Miller has agreed to step down as an executive director of Wilmington and to relinquish responsibility for its media division with immediate effect. Mr Miller joined the board of directors of Wilmington on its flotation in December 1995. Charles Brady, chief executive, said: 'Nick has been a major influence in the development of Wilmington, having been involved with parts of the business for over 20 years.
