Richard will subsequently assume the role of Chief Financial Officer following an orderly handover from Tony Foye, as planned.\nRichard joins from Plant Impact plc, an AIM-listed agricultural technology company, where he has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2016. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2015, Richard was Group Finance Director of Anite plc, a supplier of test and measurement solutions to the international wireless market and listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange until its acquisition in August 2015 by Keysight Technologies. \nRichard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1991 and has held a number of Group Finance Director roles at growing, innovative and successful technology companies including Agilisys, Retail Decisions plc and VEGA Group plc. Richard holds an MA in Management Studies and Engineering from Cambridge University.\nOn behalf of the Board, commenting on Richard's appointment, Pedro Ros, Wilmington's CEO, said:\n\"I'm delighted to welcome Richard to Wilmington.
