(\"Wilmington\") (TSX: WCM.A) (TSX: WCM.B).\nThe acquired shares represent approximately 22% and 11.5% of the presently issued and outstanding Class A Shares and Class B Shares, respectively. Following the Transaction Sisu owns 4,065,574 Class A Shares which represent approximately 35.4% of the outstanding Class A Shares and 292,559 Class B Shares which represent approximately 29.3% of the Class B Shares and 2361380 owns 1,013,420 Class A Shares which represent approximately 8.8% of the outstanding Class A Shares and 90,000 Class B Shares which represent approximately 9% of the Class B Shares.
