(\"Glass Lewis\") to vote in favor of their proposed combination. \nIn its August 7, 2020 independent report, ISS noted1, \"The strategic rationale is sound and the and Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company (NASDAQ: WLTW) today announced that they have both received recommendations from Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (\"ISS\") and Glass Lewis & Co.
