(\"Lakeshore\") to provide services as a market maker in compliance with the policies and guidelines of the TSX Venture Exchange and other applicable legislation. Lakeshore will receive a fee, up to $5,000 per month, until the engagement is terminated by either party upon sixty (60) days prior written notice. No stock options are being granted in connection with the engagement.Lakeshore is arm's length to the Company. Lakeshore's market making activity will be primarily to correct temporary imbalances in the supply and demand of the Company's shares.
