The SN series of filters' capability of narrowly suppressing the interfering signal in the pass band without losing precious data bandwidth make it essential and extremely desirable for all digital applications. The -35dB notch bandwidth can be specified form 0.007% to 0.002% making them far more selective and useful than LC notch filters.
