The process began today and should be completed in the days ahead. The Company also completed its 2016 audit and, as a result, is listed as current on the OTC Markets Website. The Company is not required or under any obligation to provide audited financial results or seek Blue Sky registration. The specific provisions of Blue Sky laws vary from state to state. However, they all require the registration of all securities offerings and sales, as well as of stockbrokers and brokerage firms. Each state's Blue Sky law is administered by its appropriate regulatory agency, and most also provide private causes of action for private investors who have been injured by securities fraud. Hacker, Johnson & Smith PA recently finalized the audit of the Company’s 2016 year-end financials and WhereverTV has submitted the results to the OTC Markets website. The temporary stop sign place by OTC Markets has now been removed. Hacker, Johnson & Smith  was announced as the Company’s auditor in December 2015. “As a company, we have stated our many ambitious goals and repeatedly demonstrated our desire to be compliant,” said Edward D.
