(OTC:TVTV), which delivers Over the Top (OTT) subscription television services to a variety of devices including smartphones, TabletPCs, streaming media players, computers and connected TVs announced today that it is preparing for its launch of its wholly-owned subsidiary WhereverTV Latino  for LATAM (Latin America). WhereverTV’s Latino division intends to be the first OTT linear TV provider throughout LATAM. The WhereverTV Latino (WTVL) subsidiary will offer channels on an a la carte basis. A la carte allows for the consumer to pick and choose their preferred channels and build their own channel packages based on their own viewing preferences. Channel packages in the United States, are historically offered on a “bundled” basis. The WTVL subsidiary will offer its live linear OTT TV channels in Mexico, Columbia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil, and many other LATAM countries. Consistent with its US-based channel offerings, the WTVL channels will be viewable on mobile devices, tablets, internet connected TV’s and computers. WTVL is expected to launch with over 120 Live TV channels from LATAM and around the world.\n “The WhereverTV Latino division, its channels with its website and its customer service interface have been designed to meet the diverse and growing needs of the massive Latin American Culture.
