Digital RodeoTV (DRTV) is a new OTT live music platform intending to change the way country music fans interact with and view their favorite artists while improving revenue streams for all involved. WhereverTV also owns Digital Rock, Digital Pop, Digital Cross and other music channels.  \n With over 30 years senior level management experience, Mr. Williams has an extensive background and knowledge in most aspects of the Music Industry. Known by most in the industry by his nickname, “Herky”, Herky spent 16 years with A.S.C.A.P. (American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers) including occupation as Senior Director of Creativity. A.S.C.A.P. is the industry giant for the collection and distribution of royalties for authors, composers and publishers. Mr. Williams has also served as: Senior Director of A&R for Capitol Records; Secretary, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Stereo Vision Entertainment Inc.; and, as Vice Chairman and an Interim President of Rez-N-8 Productions, Inc.
