The final repayment is a total of £456,547.94 consisting of £400,000 residual principal of Convertible Loan Notes plus £56,547.94 in accrued interest. \n \n \n \n \n \n All Convertible Loan Notes issued on the 23rd October 2018 have been repaid in full and the company is now debt free. Post final repayment of the Convertible Loan Notes the Company has a cash balance of approximately £1.3M (unaudited).
