The TSX Venture Exchange (the \"\n \n TSXV\n \n \") has published its final exchange bulletin in connection with the closing of the Transaction. Trading in the common shares of Westgate (\"\n \n Westgate Shares\n \n \") is expected to resume at market open on\n \n June 11, 2024\n \n under the symbol \"WGT\".\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Impact of the Transaction\n \n \n \n Under the terms of the amalgamation agreement dated\n \n March 14, 2024\n \n , the Company (formerly 763997 Alberta Ltd.) and Grafton Ventures Energy Holdings Corp.
