(TSX-V: WSR, \"Windstorm\"). The Company is poised to become an aggressive precious metals explorer in Mexico. To that end, I am pleased that we have been able to reach an agreement with Almaden Minerals Ltd. (AMEX:AAU) (TSX:AMM) (TSX: AMM; AMEX: AAU, \"Almaden\") to option up to a 60% interest in their Caldera gold project in Puebla State (see Windstorm Sept. 9, 2010 news release). This project is in the same geological environment and less than 15 km away from Almaden's exciting new Ixtaca gold-silver discovery in their Tuligtic Property.Caldera, a new discovery by Almaden that has never been drill tested, is a high sulphidation epithermal gold mineralized system with the potential to host a bulk tonnage gold deposit. The giant Yanacocha, Veladero and Pascua-Lama deposits are examples of this style of mineralization in South America while Almaden's Caballo Blanco deposit is a nearby Mexican example. The large and intense alteration zone at Caldera occupies an area in excess of 8 km by 2 km. Initial geophysical and geochemical surveys have identified several compelling targets within this alteration zone that require drill testing. It is the Company's plan to carry out detailed exploration work over the next two months to more clearly define these targets in preparation for drilling early in the new year. The Caldera acquisition is the beginning of a long term plan to build a pipeline of precious metals exploration projects in Mexico. Our strategy will be to acquire quality exploration projects with high potential for discovery that are at or near the drill testing stage. While our initial focus is on large, bulk tonnage precious metal deposits, we will also target the smaller, high grade epithermal styles of mineralization that Mexico is famous for.Windstorm is fortunate to be a part of the Grosso Group, which brings with it a solid team of management professionals with a proven track record of success in exploration. Windstorm will benefit from this association not only in the efficiencies of the financial and regulatory management of the Company, but also in the key areas of fund-raising, investor relations and exploration technology.
