This continuance aligns Western's corporate structure with its current and future business objectives. Western will continue to maintain an extra-provincial registration in the Province of Alberta.Western has also entered into an amended and restated commitment letter (the \"Amended Commitment Letter\") with ATB Financial (\"ATB\"). The Amended Commitment Letter replaces Western's previous commitment letter with ATB dated October 6, 2022, and provides the Company with continued flexibility on similar terms.
