(WRG on the TSXV), Calgary, Alberta announced today that it has agreed with Mr. Jim McQuarrie that his employment with the Company as President and CEO shall terminate effective today. In addition, Mr. McQuarrie has resigned as a director of the Company effective today. Mr. McQuarrie continues to assist the Company, in a consulting role, with respect to the Company's ongoing surplus asset rationalization process and certain transition issues.
