VANCOUVER, Dec. 10 /CNW/ - Mr. William N. Grant of Vancouver, British Columbia wishes to announce that he has acquired ownership of 384,000 common shares of WestBond Enterprises Corporation (the "Issuer") through an acquisition in the public market. The 384,000 common shares of the Issuer purchased by Mr. Grant represent 3.47% of the outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
After the completion of the acquisition, Mr. Grant beneficially owns and controls 1,905,000 common shares of the Issuer or 17.22% of the outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
Mr. Grant acquired the common shares for investment purposes and may, depending on market and other conditions, increase or decrease his ownership position in securities of the Issuer through market transactions or otherwise.
