[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\nTrading Symbol:  WBE\n\n\nVANCOUVER, Dec. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - Pursuant to the grant of probate\n approved and sealed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia on\n December 14, 2012, the Estate of William Neil Grant (the \"Estate\")\n announces its ownership of 1,863,500 common shares of WestBond\n Enterprises Corporation (\"WestBond\") or 16.84% of the outstanding\n common shares of WestBond.\n\n\nThe executors of the Estate are Sue J. Grant, W. Douglas Grant, R. Brian\n Grant and Cheryl A. Grant (the \"Executors\").  Following the death of\n Mr. Grant all of the common shares of WestBond beneficially owned by\n Mr. Grant devolved to his Estate in accordance with the terms of his\n will, which provides for such shares to continue to be controlled by\n and for the benefit of members of the Grant family.  For so long as the\n Estate beneficially owns the common shares, the Executors are in\n accordance with Mr. Grant's will vested with the power to make all\n decisions with respect to such common shares, including without\n limitation, voting and transacting in such shares.  Accordingly, the\n Executors of the Estate may be considered to have control or direction\n over the common shares beneficially owned by the Estate.  The address\n of the Estate is c/o 2901 - 837 West Hastings Street, Vancouver,\n British Columbia, V6C 3N7.  The Executors of the Estate may also be\n reached at the address of the Estate.\n\n\nThe common shares are held by the Estate for investment purposes and the\n Estate may, depending on market and other conditions, increase or\n decrease its ownership position in securities of WestBond through\n market transactions or otherwise.  A copy of the Early Warning Report\n will be available on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.\n\n\n\"W.
