[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nSep. 11, 2009 (Canada NewsWire Group) -- VANCOUVER, Sept. 11 /CNW/ --TSX VENTURE COMPANIESBULLETIN TYPE: Notice to IssuersBULLETIN DATE: September 11, 2009Re: End of Temporary Relief Measures PeriodBackgroundOn November 3, 2008, the TSX Venture Exchange (the \"Exchange\" or \"we\")published a bulletin (the \"First TRM Bulletin\") which set out certaintemporary relief measures which the Exchange made available to existingExchange listed issuers facing conditions of immediate or imminent financialhardship.Under the First TRM Bulletin, the temporary relief measures were to expireon March 31, 2009 (the \"Temporary Period\"). The Exchange published a secondbulletin on March 6, 2009 which extended the Temporary Period to September 30,2009.GeneralExcept as set out below with respect to qualifying transaction deadlines,we confirm that the Temporary Period expires at the end of business onSeptember 30, 2009. Consequently, any market participant seeking to benefitfrom any temporary relief measure set out in the First TRM Bulletin must applyin writing to the Exchange prior to the close of business on September 30,2009.CPCs and QT CompletionWith respect to CPCs, any CPC required to complete its qualifyingtransaction any time prior to March 31, 2010 may apply to the Exchange underthe temporary relief measures for an extension of that period to March 31,2010.
