("West\nHigh Yield") is pleased to announce that it has completed an asset purchase\npursuant to which it has acquired a mineral claim in British Columbia from\nDavid Zamida.\n\n\nThe mineral claim purchased was White Buffalo - Mineral Tenure\nNo. 529 441.\n\n\nThe purchase price for the mineral claim was satisfied by the payment of\n$3,300 cash, 5,000 common shares of West High Yield and a net smelter returns\nroyalty equal to 1% of all ores, minerals, metals and materials mined and\nremoved from the mineral claim sold by David Zamida.\n\n\nWest High Yield is a junior exploration company focused on the\nacquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties in\nCanada with a primary objective to locate and develop economic gold\nproperties.\n\n\nThe TSX Venture Exchange does not accept responsibility for the adequacy\n\n\nor accuracy of this release.\n\n\n","length":1182,"tagName":"div"}]
