The\nbusiness will be operated by a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of West Fraser.\n\n\nAbout West Fraser\n\n\nHeadquartered in Vancouver, B.C., West Fraser is an integrated forest\nproducts company that produces lumber, LVL, MDF, plywood, pulp, linerboard,\nkraft paper and newsprint.
