(\"\n \n Norbord\n \n \") (TSX and NYSE: OSB) today jointly announced that West Fraser's management information circular and Norbord's management proxy circular (together, the \"\n \n Circulars\n \n \"), prepared in connection with the previously announced arrangement whereby West Fraser will acquire all outstanding common shares of Norbord (the \"\n \n Norbord Shares\n \n \") pursuant to a plan of arrangement (the \"\n \n Arrangement\n \n \") under Section 192 of the\n \n Canada Business Corporations Act\n \n , are expected to be mailed to their respective shareholders by\n \n December 24, 2020\n \n .\n \n \n The special meetings of West Fraser shareholders (the \"\n \n West Fraser\n \n \n Meeting\n \n \") and Norbord shareholders (the \"\n \n Norbord Meeting\n \n \", and together with the West Fraser Meeting, the \"\n \n Meetings\n \n \") are each scheduled to be held virtually on\n \n January 19, 2021\n \n .
