The sales were conducted through the\nToronto Stock Exchange. Each of Ketcham and Tysa is owned by members of the\nKetcham family.\n\n\nWest Fraser is an integrated forest products company that produces\nlumber, wood chips, LVL, MDF, plywood, pulp, linerboard, kraft paper and\nnewsprint.
