At the\n Meeting, Company shareholders re-elected Thal S. Poonian, Ronald\n Bobowski, Mike Robichaud and Asif Khan as Directors of the Company. \n Manning Elliot Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as the auditor. \n The Company's stock option plan was renewed by a disinterested\n shareholder vote.\n\n\nAt a Director's meeting held immediately following the annual and\n special general meeting the Company Director's elected officers as\n follows; Mr. Thal S. Poonian as President and CEO, Mr. John (Jack)\n Cruise as CFO and Mr. Mike Robichaud as Secretary.  The board also\n appointed the members of its Audit Committee (Messrs. Bobowski, Cruise\n and Robichaud) and Compensation Committee (Messrs. Khan, Bobowski and\n Robichaud). \n\n\nOn December 20, 2010 the Company announced that it had closed the first\n tranche of a private placement previously announced on December 1,\n 2010.
