Retirement of Directors

As previously announced The Weir Group PLC confirms that as of today's date Michael Dearden, Stephen King and Alan Mitchelson have retired from the Board of Directors of the Company.

In addition Keith Ruddock , General Counsel, has assumed the role of Company Secretary following today's annual general meeting.
